Where Have All the Tax Dollars Gone?

Gone to transfer payments... every one.

Well, not every one.  But many.  Those with strong stomachs, consider this chart put out by the Tax Foundation on Friday, illustrating the fate of your 2006 federal tax dollars.  Notice that Social Security, Medicare, and income security already account for nearly half of all federal spending dollars (48 cents of each dollar).  Social Security alone is soaking up more federal money than national defense.
