Ironic Capitalism
Blue Fund wants you to invest your money with them, so they can make you lots more money by investing only in companies that support candidates that want to take that money away from you.
If you do invest in Blue Fund and they do perform well, try to appreciate the irony as you revel in the fact that your dividends and capital gains are only being taxed at 15%, much to the chagrin these 203 Representatives and these 49 Senators (sorry, got roll call votes on the brain today), whose re-elections your investment dollars are helping secure.
Come to think of it, are they sure there's not a campaign finance issue here?

This is great! It tells the rest of us which companies NOT to invest in. (For that reason, I'm surprised the stocks mentioned are not objecting to being portrayed as partisan.)Posted by: Heywood U. Reedmore | Jun 16, 2006 8:09:57 PM
This is ridiculous. As I have said. I think it a huge campaign finance issue and will entreach Democratic politicans in the pocket of "Corporate America," one of the greatest fears of the Democratic Party. I think that Free Enterprise Action Fund isn't any better. It just the same evil item for Republicans.Posted by: Jarod Hightower-Mills | Jun 29, 2006 8:20:07 PM
