Last November, 4-year-old Stevie Long saved his family from a home invasion by sneaking into his room, changing into his Power Ranger uniform, and scaring the bad guys away.

Now, a 5-year-old Brazilian boy dressed as Spider-Man has rescued a baby from a burning building.

A 5 year old boy, dressed in a Spider-Man shirt, saved a baby from a fire in the city of Palmeira, Santa Catarina, according to that state's fire department.

Riquelme Wesley Maciel dos Santos took away from the flames Andrieli dos Santos, the 22 month old daughter of a neighbor. According to the firemen, the mother saw the house was on fire and ran out of it. Riquelme, playing at his house's yard, saw the woman's desperation, yelling that her baby was still in the house.

He went in the house, took the baby from the crib and, with some difficulty, carried her to the house's yard, safely away from the flames.

"He said he wasn't afraid because he was Spider-Man," said fireman Giovanni Cunha. The fire consumed 80% of the residence.

I demand a reality show in which Riquelme and Stevie fight crime.
