So what if Delaware is smaller than Alaska. I suppose this is a Biden reference. But as someone above notes, Delaware has more people, and I'll bet their number of college graduates outnumbers that of Alaska. Saying that, Texas is also a lot smaller than Alaska - but in this case, the reference is correct.
