Prevaricatin' Pelosi Tries Another Angle
Okay, so maybe she did know about the waterboarding six years ago, and she did know it was more than a hypothetical, and she would've objected at the time... but her respect for "appropriate legislative channels" tied her hands (and tongue).
Or something.

At least some in the press are starting to cover these lies. Look now for Obama to push for some intervention in the communications industry. After intimidating the Health Care industry into agreeing to cost cutting, Obama should begin to apply the same pressure to public media to keep stories like this out of the public eye. Obama's approval numbers will be taking a serious hit over the next few months as his economic plans take effect. Obama's policies are very similar to those enacted by Jimmy Carter who produced double digit inflation, unemployment and interest rates. Obama will need to keep the masses in their place, so the best way to do this is to control the flow of information. Obama will indeed produce economic hardship and will do it soon. He learned nothing from the Carter years.
